I can't see my application in my profile. What should I do?

You may not be able to see your submitted applications under "My Jobs" in the "Applied" section. However, this is no reason to worry. We usually receive your applications, but unfortunately, they are not displayed to you. This means that you can be booked normally and there are no problems in this regard. 

 

Nevertheless, it is of course a bit perplexing and should be fixed. As a countermeasure you can do the following: 

  • Update your app in the App/ Play Store to the latest version. 
  • Uninstall your app and reinstall it again 
  • Log out and log in again 
  • Connect to another internet network
