Once you've set your tax bracket in your profile, only we can make a change. Please contact us via email (click "New Support Ticket"/ "not helpful" for this) and let us know what change is needed. We will then make the change to your tax class as you request.

Please note that in some cases it may not be immediately recorded in the system. Sometimes we can't make the change until you're billed next. Once it's done, you will also be able to see the change on your profile in our app.
