Yes, you can change all information, with a few exceptions, independently in your profile at any time. All you have to do is log into the app and go to your profile. It is important that you do not change your payment information between the 1st and 15th of the month, as this can lead to errors in billing or incorrect transfers.

However, some of the data cannot be changed by you. In these cases you have to contact our Staff Support. These include, among others:

  • Your e-mail address

  • Your date of birth

  • tax ID

  • social security number

For this you would have to send us a message with the information which data should be changed and what the new information is. Click on "New Support Ticket"/"not helpful" to do so.
