How can I delete my profile?

We are very sorry that you want or have to delete your profile! To delete your profile from the ucm.agency database, please open your ucm.jobs app, go to "My Profile", scroll down and click on the button "Delete profile", confirm afterwards: 

We will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Your account will usually be deleted by next day. If you still have an open payslip with us, your profile will be deleted after it has been processed in full. 

Please make sure you download all of your wage documents beforehand.

The sending of the newsletter to you will be stopped within 24 to 48 hours after processing.

Attention

It is not possible to deactivate your profile. If you no longer want to be represented in our database, you must have your profile deleted.
