How do I verify my email address?

In order to confirm your email address, you'll receive an email from us with a confirmation link. This link is valid for 24 hours. You have to open this e-mail in a mailing app (not in the browser) on the same mobile phone or end device on which you installed our app and click on the link. If you now click on the link, your e-mail address will be confirmed in the app.

Attention

• The link is valid for 24 hours only, after which you must request a new one.

• The email with the confirmation link must be opened on the same mobile phone or end device on which you installed our app.

• You can also use the code instead of the link. ATTENTION: the code is only valid for 15 minutes. After expiration you need to request a new one.

• The email must be opened in a mailing app and not in the browser.
