What kind of contract will I have?

In the ucm.jobs app you can choose which kind of contracts you are interested in - temporary or permanent. Which contract we can offer you depends on each customer. Most of the times we can employ you on the base of a short term contract. This means, you will receive a contract for the duration of that specific job you are booked for - we will register you with the Finanzamt for this period of time only. This way you would receive a separate "Leiharbeitnehmervertrag für eine kurzfristige Beschäftigung" (short term contract) for each job. 

If we can offer you a long term contract must be evaluated in consultation with the customer. Should you select a long term contract in your app, you will no longer be available for any short term positions.
