After receiving a booking confirmation request you have the choice between confirming your booking or withdrawing you application. By confirming it you agree with our terms and conditions and enter a preliminary agreement which means that your booking confirmation is binding and provides us with certainty and reliability regarding you attending the job.
Please keep in mind that reliability as highly important to us and our customer. This is why we always highlight the importance of a timely cancellation report. We wish for you to be able to rely on us just as much as for ourselves to rely on you. Please always follow the steps and information given on the info screen after clicking on the "cancel job"-button (to find in each job).
In case a booked shift isn't being attended without any valid report prior, we are forced to demand a compensation payment. Here you can find more information on this matter:
