How does the application process work?

Modified on Tue, 31 May, 2022 at 12:05 PM

Step 1

When you apply for a job in the ucm.jobs app, your application goes directly to the according project manager. They will - always in consultation with the customer - decide who would fit best into the announced position.

ATTENTION: Your profile needs to be complete in order for your application to be taken into account.

Step 2

If you are the chosen one, you will get a booking request notification via e-mail, additionally a notification will appear in your app asking you to confirm the booking request.

Step 3

You have to confirm the booking request. After giving this final confirmation to attend the job, the job itself will move from the section "applied for" to "booked". At the same time your contract will be automatically generated in the app. You are obligated to print it out and send it (signed by you) to our Berlin Office

Step 4

You'll now also find a briefing in the job details. There we provide you more information on the cancellation regulations, contact details, the meeting point, the required outfit and other important details etc. You need to read it carefully and confirm the briefing afterwards.

Step 5

Now things are getting fun! From now on your working hours will be digitally tracked in the app with the help of our Digital Time Tracking - this means that you use your app to check in before the job starts. When you take your break, you can leave a tick in the break option. After you're done with the job, the customer enters a code in your app to directly confirm your hours. This speeds up the payment process and guarantees that your salary will be in your bank account on time - super easy and without any paper work :) #savethetrees

Step 6

The payroll is always being processed by the 15th of the next month. Usually we upload your salary documents about a week after that into your ucm.jobs app so that you can have a look at them and download everything you need.
