When will my documents be verified?

We check all school/matriculation certificates as well as work permits and photos as quickly as possible. Because whether you can be booked for jobs very much depends on that.

Sometimes - especially at the change of semester - we receive a particularly large number of documents, which is why it sometimes takes a little longer for us to process them.

Attention

Please upload your documents to the ucm.jobs app yourself, we cannot do that for you.

We will then review and approve them as soon as possible. You can also apply for jobs before they are approved. However, a booking can only be made once the document has been confirmed by us.
